What is assisted stretching and what can it help?

According to the Harvard Health, regular stretching is essential for maintaining flexibility and joint health. Assisted Stretching improves flexibility, enhances mobility, and alleviates chronic pain, making it a vital solution for individuals seeking a proactive approach to their well-being. By targeting muscle tension and joint stiffness, it promotes better posture, increased circulation, and faster recovery, empowering clients to move with ease and confidence.

Assisted stretching is commonly used for; sciatica, low back pain, piriformis syndrome, knee pain, patella femoral syndrome, joint pains, neck and shoulder pain, range of motion, posture, circulation, improved sleep, pain relief, and more.

How does it work?

We have you come in for a completely free movement assessment and stretch session. The entire process takes about an hour. We will break down every day life, previous injuries, surgeries, frequent pains, discomforts, and any concerns. We will address any and everything specific you’d like us to. We will also use a thergaun to get your muscles warmed up before we bring you through a full stretch. After the session we review everything and if you think it’s for you we will go over our session and package options.

Do you have any other services?

Yes, coming soon we are going to be offering other recovery tools such as compression therapy. We also will be offering corrective exercise programming for those interested.
